Joe's Cause Program

Joe's Original in Dartmouth has been serving up local favorites for 28 years, and we believe deeply in giving back to our community.  Joes Cause Program was designed to build relationships and provide a partnership with our community through the support of local nonprofit organizations.

Below is an outline of how the program works:

• Joes Original Kitchen + Bar sponsors a different non-profit in the surrounding community each month. There is no fee to participate. 
• Traditionally the Cause will run on Tuesdays of a pre-selected month. *One Day Causes are also available for smaller groups. 
• Every Tuesday*, the selected cause will receive 15% of all purchases made by its supporters at its sponsoring location (Joes Original Kitchen + Bar). 
• Takeout, dine-in, lunch and dinner purchases are equally eligible. Delivery service purchases (i.e. Gotchew, Doordash), gift card purchases, and purchases of alcoholic beverages are not eligible at this time.
• Requested to participate is a copy of Form 501-c3 (for donation purposes- this form may be uploaded with application below) and a LOGO with which we will use to customize your promotional certificate.  
• We will cross-promote on our end, too!
• Cause certificates are sent out to you prior to the day of the event and should be made available to supporters of selected causes. While supporters do not need to have certificates with them to support, they are designed as a reminder and tool for our staff to use so that they can tag supporters’ checks appropriately.
• We highly encourage the promotion of your Cause using social media, e-newsletters and mailers-  your Cause certificate is perfect for this purpose!
• At the conclusion of the month, Joe’s Original Kitchen + Bar will send your organization a check in the amount of the funds raised (totaling 15% of sales).
